RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Refund/Exchange does not apply to bank-financed systems and all accessories.
- Return/exchange is possible only if the packing has not been tampered with in any way.
- Products should be accompanied by the original sales invoice for Exchange/Refund.
- Refund for items purchased by credit/debit card will be refunded to the same credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase.
- Any product not functioning as described will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s authorised service centre technician.
- The process can take up to 14 business days. Exchange/Refund will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
- Products will only be exchanged or refunded based on manufacturer’s authorised service centre’s investigation report and approval.
- If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or return/refund will not be applicable.
- Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories.
- Cut cable/wire are not refundable.
- Product Management will act as per the above policies and Product Managers decision will be treated as a final decision.
